1. General Terms and Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between gogobd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the go gobd online casino and sports betting platform available at https://gogobd.club and its associated mobile applications and progressive web app ("the Services").

By accessing the Services, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the gogobd platform.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held in a Player's gogobd Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a gogobd promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process gogobd applies to player accounts before processing withdrawal requests.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole transaction currency on the gogobd platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all platform timestamps.

gogobd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Services following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To access the full range of gogobd Services, including real-money betting and casino play, you must create a registered Account. Registration is free of charge. By registering, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at the time of submission and that you will update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

You are eligible to register and maintain a gogobd Account only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not employed by gogobd or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or contracted service providers;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling services;
• You do not currently hold, and have never previously held, another gogobd Account that was closed for Terms violation.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one gogobd Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, shared payment methods, or shared device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. gogobd employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, gogobd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical bonuses, and retain any balances where fraud or abuse is confirmed.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your gogobd Account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share your login credentials with any other person. gogobd will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gogobd Support immediately at [email protected].

3. Age Restriction and Verification

At the time of registration, all Players must confirm that they are 18 years of age or older by ticking the relevant declaration checkbox. This declaration is legally binding. Providing a false declaration regarding your age constitutes fraud and may be reported to relevant authorities.

gogobd applies document-based age verification as part of its KYC process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued identity document — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — before your Account is permitted to process withdrawal requests or before a bonus is released. gogobd reserves the right to request such documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle, not only at the time of your first withdrawal.

Where age verification reveals that a Player is under 18 years of age, gogobd will immediately close the Account, void all bets placed and bonuses accrued, and return any deposits made to the original payment method used. gogobd will not pay winnings to a player who was under 18 at the time the wager was placed, regardless of the outcome of the event or game.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gogobd processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals on the gogobd platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. gogobd reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at its discretion, subject to reasonable notice where operationally possible.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the gogobd platform is ৳100 BDT. There is no maximum deposit limit set by gogobd at the platform level; however, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are processed immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. gogobd does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which gogobd accepts no liability.

All funds deposited into your gogobd Account must be from a payment source registered in your own name. Depositing using a payment account belonging to a third party — including a family member — is strictly prohibited. gogobd may request evidence that the payment source belongs to you as part of its KYC process.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. gogobd aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of verification, subject to KYC completion and payment provider processing times.

gogobd reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal request while identity verification, responsible gaming checks, or fraud investigation procedures are ongoing. Players will be notified of any hold placed on a withdrawal request and the reason for such hold where it is legally permissible to do so. Withdrawals cannot be processed until all applicable Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds have been met in full.

4.4 Currency and Exchange

All displayed amounts, balances, wagering requirements, and transaction records on the gogobd platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). gogobd does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is entirely the responsibility of the Player, and gogobd accepts no liability for exchange rate variations or conversion fees applied by third-party financial institutions.

5. Bonus and Promotional Terms

gogobd offers a range of bonuses, promotional offers, and loyalty incentives to eligible registered Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the offer terms. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement means the Bonus Funds must be staked a total of twenty times on eligible games before a withdrawal request can be approved in relation to those funds.

Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Live casino table games, certain slot categories, and sports betting markets may contribute at different percentages. The contribution rates applicable to each promotion are stated in the individual offer terms. Wagering undertaken on games that carry a 0% contribution rate will not count toward the requirement.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire at the date and time stated in the specific offer terms. If the wagering requirement is not fulfilled before the expiry time, any remaining Bonus Funds and winnings derived from those funds will be voided and removed from the Account without notice. It is the Player's responsibility to track their own bonus expiry dates.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

gogobd takes bonus abuse seriously. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using a shared payment method with another Player to circumvent single-account restrictions on bonus eligibility; placing low-risk hedged bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine wagering risk; and colluding with other Players in connection with promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, gogobd reserves the right to void the promotion, withhold associated winnings, and close the Account.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the gogobd platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gogobd platform:

• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment and legitimate real-money wagering;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software or algorithm underpinning the gogobd platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or simulate human activity on the platform;
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability for personal financial gain. Any winnings derived from a software error are void and must be returned;
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, collusion, or match-fixing in relation to live dealer or multi-player games;
• Making any false, misleading, or defamatory statement about gogobd or its staff in any public forum, social media platform, or review site;
• Attempting to use the gogobd platform to launder money or to process funds connected to criminal activity;
• Sharing, selling, transferring, or otherwise assigning your gogobd Account to any other person.

gogobd reserves the right to investigate any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, gogobd may temporarily restrict the Account's ability to place bets, process withdrawals, or redeem bonuses. If the investigation confirms a violation, gogobd may permanently close the Account, void outstanding bets and bonuses, and withhold the Account Balance where the breach involved financial dishonesty or fraud.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your gogobd Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, gogobd will confirm your identity and settle any outstanding withdrawals of Real-Money Balance. Bonus Funds that have not met their applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Note that if you are closing your Account for responsible gaming reasons, you should request a self-exclusion rather than a simple closure — self-exclusion carries additional protections including suppression of all marketing communications.

7.2 Closure by gogobd

gogobd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Discovery that the Player is under 18 years of age;
• Submission of false, forged, or misleading identity documents during KYC;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Identification of the Account as a duplicate or multi-account in violation of the Single Account Policy;
• Any legal or regulatory obligation requiring gogobd to restrict or terminate service to the Player.

Where an Account is closed by gogobd for reasons other than fraud or Terms violation, any Real-Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure is initiated due to fraud, bonus abuse, or other serious breach, gogobd reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending the outcome of any investigation or legal process.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gogobd's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the Services, or any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount of Real-Money Deposits made by that Player to their gogobd Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gogobd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, even if gogobd has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

gogobd does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that games will be error-free, or that any particular outcome in any game or betting market is guaranteed. The platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally possible.
